I don’t know about any of you, but after this 8 month winter (or what felt like) — I am just NOW starting my new years resolution. I have 2 kids, a business to run and 8 million other things going on. Eating healthy is not on my list of things to do. It should be, but it’s just not. However, eating quick is. While scrolling through Facebook a couple of days ago, I saw a picture that my *wonderful & disciplined* friend posted in a Clean Eating Bootcamp group. This amazing little group has a 7 day challenge with recipes and nutrition guidelines. It’s like having a personal trainer — FOR FREE. The best part about this whole project, is everyone HAS to say who they are, how old they are and explain why they want to do this. I think this is wonderful because it’s hold us all accountable if we drop off the deep end. Which some of us probably will. 75% of women stop their diets within 59 hours. That means, if you start your diet on Monday morning — you are most likely to quit by Wednesday night. If anyone knows me (the people at the Burger King drive thru window), knows that I am a horrible eater. I’m going to try my hardest to do this, and I wish all the luck to the people in the group! I made this clean eating printable to help with this 7 day challenge. And a challenge it will be.
